Children enrolled in Connections are in need of treatment that is more intensive than traditional outpatient services and/or require multiple sources of support including intensive mental health community support, coordinated care and case management to live successfully in the community.

PEP Connections is designed to serve children and youth who:

·        Have been diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance;

·        Are involved or at risk of involvment with Cuyahoga County's child-serving systems such as the Department of Children and Family Services, Juvenile Court, Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities; and
