2/1/2010: Important Changes to PEP Connections

PEP’s two community-based case management services, Connections and Tapestry, have recently merged into one program under the name PEP Connections, improving efficiencies and expanding PEP’s reach. This merger not only allows for those children already enrolled in the program to continue receiving high quality case management services, but because of new relaxed eligibility criteria, even more at-risk children will be able to benefit.
